These guides are intended as complementary teaching resources that support the work educators already carry out in the classroom and are not designed to replace each school’s lesson planning, teaching methodologies, or instructional strategies. Their purpose is to provide practical, evidence-based tools that enrich learning experiences about Antarctica through content developed in collaboration with the scientific advisory team of the BASE Millennium Institute as part of the CIGA-UMAG Institutional Antarctic Seal 2023–2024 certification.
